Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident with your Shadowball order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll help arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging or parts
  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the refund.
